i got a really cool new computer. its about 8x16 inchs and it has these wires with beads on them. you slide the beads up and down and do your math and......

HAHA ... the digital multifunction calculator I got through highschool and college with in the late 80s still works perfectly.  Makes you wonder if all this technology is really progress.  Sure the toys do more neat stuff ... when they work.  The ole hand held calculator never once denied me when I needed a quick calculation.

weeze  Go into some of the shops on Mott Street (NYC), and you can still see this computer in action!!!   So basic but so efficient!
