If they keep pulling the Guard it won't make a difference who is playing on the OL.  The word is out and everybody is shooting the vacant gap.  It doesn't appear fans realize this.  Very frustrating.

We realize it. Very patronizing.

It's not patronizing if it hasn't been mentioned or acknowledged anywhere else.  Man on man is quite different than rotating the stock and running the same blocking scheme in hopes for different results.  I'm sure you realized so sry you took it personal despie no mention of it anywhere.

Carl Banks went into this in detail on The Fan. He suggested to abandon the current run-blocking scheme in favor of simply lining up & "Put a hat on a hat & let the RB chose his hole". He explained how precise the execution must be by the OL to pull off our trapping & pulling scheme. Dah Birds blew up many a running attempt by filling in behind the pulling G. I f u r flexible & quick on your feet, u don't sit back & hope Players improve their play. U make changes before u get beat like a drum again on the OL.

If I'm TC I make the following changes;

1) Change OL run-blocking scheme to man on man.
2) Instruct DC to Blitz more frequently, & with greater #'s if need be.
3) Instruct DC to change to dominant Man overage.
4) Instruct OC to call Pass Plays for 75% of snaps. Run Plays should incorporate mis-direction, reverses, & counters. Reduce draws also.
5) Boothe starts @ C.
6) Petrus is worked in @ LG.
7) Da'Rel Scott gets 15 carries & is targeted on five pass plays.
8) Andre Brown runs back KO's.
9) Kiwi & JPP start & dominate in rotation @ DE.
10) Herzy plays all snaps @ MIKE & wears Green Dot.
11) Get Barden on the field more.
12) No more stupid three man DL formations.
13) Play Nickel with Prince 90% of D snaps.
14) Play Tyler Sash instead of Grant.
15) No more Kiwi @ LB.
