As Madbadger said he's looked good in spurts. I was more excited about him than any #1 pick I can remember. In additon to his injury and no camp he's been playing with a back injury. He has looked a tad slow and a little bigger than I thought. With his injuries I'm not sure he's in game shape yet. I think he gets better over these next three games. If the Giants get into the playoffs I look for him to be a contributor.
"It's our time. We're not the Giants little brother anymore. This is OUR town,
this is OUR stadium. We're going to take that next step, we're going to
overtake the Patriots, host a playoff game, go to the Super Bowl." --Rex Ryan

That struck me too...he looked very thick in the legs when chasing that big play. Is he that big or a tad overweight?

No.  He's looked that big even at Nebraska.  He's thickly built like Antrell.  He is explosive but looked stiff in the limited action he's gotten.  In fact, he's built kind of like Antrel Rolle which is why I think he has a future at safety.

Thanks...that makes sense and we could use a great safety!
