It's raining already

Temps still in upper 40's but raining. NOAA forecast says it will get cold too.

"Tonight: Showers likely, mainly before midnight. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 34. South wind 9 to 15 mph becoming west. Winds could gust as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible."
