just posted that in the gameday topic. i thought nicks had it by at least a yard, maybe a yard and a half. spot should have been reviewed.

Bizarre to say the least. Horrible spot to begin with but then the Giants kill themselves by not giving the booth time to review the spot by rushing the next play. It's not like they were at midfield with a minute on the clock and two time outs. Then on third and an inch they throw the ball. A qb sneak on third easily gets you a first and a new set of downs. Stupid all around.

Every week, somebody says adamantly that referees cannot change a game. In this game, as well as last night's game, a brutal officiating error changed the game.
