I don't wear hats that much, and most of the time when I do, it's an Air Force hat, but I do wear a Giants hat during the playoffs (and SB).  The other day I was in some big box store here on Long Island, and the clerk at the checkout commented on the Giants, and pointed to one of the sales clerks on the floor, wearing a Pats jersey.  I said that if I was his manager, I'd have sent him home to change before I let him wear that to work!

I have been wearing my Carson #53 on game days and my son has drawered his red Manning #10, in favor of a blue Nicks #88.

I won't be changing anything this weekend. It seems to be working.

Unfortunately for my better half, her birthday is February 5th.  <:-P
The Coach sees the glass as half full. The Media sees the glass as half empty. The Fans can't understand why we have a glass that is twice as big as it needs to be.

I'm letting it all hang out on Sunday; I'll be wearing my Carson jersey.

Bama that's perfect. You can indulge her for most of the day. It makes her happy(most important), and it can help keep your mind off the day and help it go faster. For me waiting until 6:30 to play the 9ers was torture. Tried keeping myself busy even took my 7 yr old daughter bowling with one of her friends. I'll be wearing a really old pair of blue jeans and a blue sweatshirt(worn for each game in the playoffs).

Ahhh, more game day rituals. Well, I had always worn a Giants jersey on game days or some other Giants gear. Then the losing streak happened. I was so fed up I didn't even feel like putting on my gear on game days. Just sat down and watched. So, my new ritual has been to NOT wear Giants gear on game days for the last few wins. Needless to say, I'll continue that but I'll be rootin' like mad for BIG BLUE!!!
 :Giants:  ALL HAIL THE NEW YORK GIANTS!!!  :Giants:

So, I'm seeing a lot of Giants gear being worn out there lately. I guess they either picked up a few fans along the way or it's the band wagon.

Where were these fans all year long? I happen to know that Lenn wears that NYG hat wherever he goes. He even wore it to his son's wedding, ain't that right Lenny?

I'm all for people going out and buying Giants stuff to wear. Its good for the economy and makes me happy to see it.  I am glad that Friday is "Wear Red" day at my office.  Its an annual fundraising day for heart disease where we can wear a red shirt if we pay a buck.  I've got a red Manning jersey that I plan to wear.  Its a great cause and the timing is perfect for me this year.  I'll be wearing Bavaro for the the Game.  I wore Bavaro in 07 and we won, so why change it.
