You know what the key matchup is for me?  The Giants vs the Patriots.

 :ok: I LOVE IT JIM!!!

Sometimes I think if it were up to you Jim, there would be no discussion. That's funny. "I'm a Giants fan, try not to piss me off". ~X(

Just Kidding! :)

Jim is a man of few words, unless you bring up his favorites Beckum and Barden.  He LOVES those guys.  He can't stop talking about them enough.

I'm interested in Eli vs. Patriot corners who are going to try and jump some short routes, I think.

Pressure on Tommy, disrupting the timing of his TE's and Welker.

I think the Pats will go no huddle for much of the game.  The key matchups on D will be against the TEs.  Gotta hit them at the line and throw Brady's timing off because I don't think the pass rush will get to him in time.  I am very concerned about Welker, Johnson, and Branch.  Too much talk about the TEs diverts away from the other weapons they have.  On offense, key matchups are the NY WRs and Pats DBs.  Even if the running game is slow, quick pitches to the wideouts could be the key to success as our WRs can produce YAC.

I already said my piece on this, but I just want to rephrase for effect.  On matchups, we win hands down.  Either Belichick gameplans a win or turnovers determine the game.

Given the advantage our WR's have, I'm hoping that completions are made with one eye on staying in bounds.   Keep the chains moving and the clock ticking down.   Tommy can't hurt us if he's not on the field.

The Giants offense should be fine.  It comes down to the D.  I expect the Pats to mix things up to keep the Giants pass rush off balance. So rather than the front four play I think Rolle, Phillips and Boley will be the most important players on the Giants defense.

Victor Cruz on Julian Edelman. Imagine if the Giants personnel dictated Edelman to see the field, at which point Eli goes to no huddle.  Belichick does not have the DB personnel to match the Giants receiving game.
