For me, Belichick's legend overshadows his record, and it's a tendency that rubs off on opposing fans.   Sometimes, we over analyse matters.   Look at the Post-Season match ups: we were happy to face Green Bay and SanFran, anyone but the Saints?   Belichick isn't God, that is to say his teams are beatable, as JP-P pointed out about his supposedly unbeatable QB.

Question: When was the last time a Belichick-led Patriots beat us?

The Giants should be looser because they shouldn't be there. I've said and others that they are playing with house money. Lots of tough games, etc. The Pats were a #1 seed, didn't face a hot QB in the playoffs (that's why I think their Def looks better all of a sudden), and had a sort of easy season. I think the Giants have nothing to lose where another loss to the Giants could be devastating to the fans and possibly to the team.
