war horse on broadway (offbroadway)

i was wondering if anyone has seen the play version....it opens here in toronto soon and i have tickets for march

just wondering what peoples thoughts are on the play....i have read that the puppetry is amazing....go Giants!!!!!

No, but it looks like you are in for a huge treat, Terry.   The puppetry is apparently amazing.   If you're keen on seeing a quick trailer, google New London Theatre War Horse.

We plan to see it in London in June when we're there.

steven....if you do have the chance to see it in london then by all means grab tickets and a box of tissues, this play is a real tear jerker

it is an amazing play and the puppetry is outstanding....the canadian cast was excellent so i can only imagine what the original  london cast is like

i can certainly see why this play won so many awards...it's outstanding

We're STILL dithering over whether to see WarHorse.   We've invited Mum along for the week and given the
choice she'd like to see The Mousetrap, so we got tickets for that, as well as Henry V, Hamlet, London Eye..... damned expensive business.   :yes:
