Amazing photos, aren't they? Some we've seen before, of course, but amazing clarity. You can really see the size of that thing.

There were 97 people on board, 36 passengers and 61 crew members. Of those 97 34 people died.

The cause of the fire was never determined.

Those are amazing pictures.  Still I wonder who on earth thought it was a good idea to ride around on a flying bomb.  Hydrogen is simply too flammable.
