You, yourself mentioned you and him in the same sentence, so either you both get corporal punishment or they are offsetting fouls.  (Although, personally since you mentioned yourself and him after complaining to about weeze doing it, I think you should get a tougher fine). . .

see? that guy DASHER is T H E troublemaker. its always his fault. everything in the world is his fault. when he sneezes the stock market drops 100 points. when he coughs tornados hit.
