Payton if he can get out of his contract or McDaniels.

and keeping Macadoo as OC. bring in a young DC and we are all set.
I HATE TO INCLUDE THE WORD NASTY< BUT THAT IS PART OF BEING A WINNING FOOTBALL TEAM.

McDermott I guess, but I have little enthusiasm for him.

I have a strong hunch it will be McAdoo.

20 years of wilderness wandering I see ahead for this team.

I'd like Bill O'Brien if he was interested in leaving the Texans.

mcadoo is the right choice, eli likes him.

mcdaniels would be good too.

davis shaw is mt final pick.

You beat me to it, Lenny.  That's exactly what I was going to say. :ok:

Doug Marrone....9 wins with Kyle Orton in Buffalo and fired for "sexy Rexy".  ????

You can dictate to him that McAdoo is his OC and let him go from there.

None of the suggestions fixes the "talent procurement" problem that we have.  But al least we know Reese's real job is to be the insulating, well paid buffer for the Mara's.

Bring in chip Kelly. I feel this is a no-brainer.
I think chip is an innovator on offense and can work with Eli manning.
I understand chip Kelly inherited a 4-12 team & won the division.

Bill Cowher, an established winner with the Steelers, if he can be coaxed from CBS.
Otherwise, Sean Paton.

Nick Saban - 5 year gig. He retires when Eli retires

It would be David Shaw if he would come.
Assuming he won't I'd say Hue Jackson.
