Two thoughts come to mind after watching the 6 and 7 man protection videos

1)  It's easy to understand the steep learning curve rookie RB's have when it comes to pass blocking

2)  You have to wonder if the graders at PFF understand these complex blocking schemes and responsibilities when they grade offensive line play.

Isn't there a mix of former coaches/analysts? I imagine most would have at least some experience through college football programs and/or NFL level experience.

I don't believe that is the case.  If it is, it might only be at the reviewer level and not the level that views every play.
