Francesa Announcing Giants Schedule
« on: April 20, 2017, 01:24:55 PM »
Apparently 4 prime time games.  In Dallas week one (primetime, I  think he said Sunday) and opening home game is Monday night versus the Lions.

Also playing in Denver in primetime, and the Redskins game on Thanksgiving as previously rumored.

I couldn't write all the games down so quickly... but just what I heard.

Bye week at the end of October... I think week 8

Looks like they did not get their "wish" to have back-to-back west-coast-trip games.  Bob

If accurate, 3 of last 4 games are at home vs. each NFC East team.

I noticed that too. I would say they can't ask for better than that, but someone will complain about being in Arizona on Christmas Eve.

The last 6 games can make or break this season with 4 of 6 against division rivals and the Skins twice.

1st quarter:  3 road games
2nd quarter:  3 home games
3rd quarter: 3 road games
4th quarter: 3 home games

Looks like we get the wind at our back in the 2nd and 4th ;)

In my opinion, the bye week in the middle is a good thing and the most important thing

With the back loaded divisional schedules, which are now true for all teams, winning the Division becomes a matter of skill, talent, coaching, and perhaps above all, attrition.
Go Giants!

We play 4 games where the opposing team is coming off a bye.  Most in the NFL I am pretty sure.
