I wonder why there is nobody else fielding punts since this game is supposed to be to test the reserves and keep the regulars unhurt. It makes no sense except that the Giants are set on McQ for this job and think he needs practice???Puzzling.

Totally agree. I was thinking the same thing.  Isn't their anyone else on the roster who cab return punts?  Giving the job to RW is like giving up.  I guess TC jut wants a guy who catches the ball.

It might have been because Hixon came out of the game with back spasms.  RW might have been in the relief role last night.  I don't think Coughlin is seriously considering anyone else at this point.  And Moss doubled as a gunner last night.  His plate was full.

 Hixon fielded punts for one gasme and returned one for a TD. I can see him doing double duty as KR and PR.

 I think they just put McQ back there so no one else will get hurt. I still say his Giants days are over.
