Big Blue Huddle / How to beat the Cowboys
December 18, 2023, 10:43:46 AM
The Bills recipe for success against the Boys very good defense:
1. Run the ball down their throats for over 200 yards on the ground.
2. Limit pass attempts which cuts down sacks and turnovers
3. Play good defense. Only 2.5 sacks and 1 int

Big Blue Huddle / Re: A Total Ass Kicking

True, there are good days and bad days but our Giants seem to only have good days against bad teams. The good teams kick our asses every time. It's kind of like Kavon's production, really good against bad teams but a no show against good O lines. I expect KT to have zero sacks against the Eagles in those upcoming games.

Good question and I would add another: why can other teams make players we draft into really good players yet they suck when we have them? For example, Evan Engram.

Quote from: MightyGiants on November 27, 2023, 03:39:11 PMThe NFL has a serious shortage of quality O-linemen.   It's rare for a team to let a quality lineman walk.
Unless you're the Giants and you get rid of Kevin Zeitler

Big Blue Huddle / Re: NFT - NY Knicks - 2023-2024

The Knicks are not championship contenders but they play hard and are fun to watch. I can't stand watching the Giants and Yankees these days but I try to never miss a Knicks game. Thank you to the Knicks organization for providing a quality product to enjoy this winter. I just wish game tickets were not so expensive.

Dabs was dealt a bad hand this season with injuries and a tough schedule but the glaring problem with his coaching is the behavior of his players and assistant coaches. Players are arguing with each other and some players are calling out coaches in the press. Today Dabs and Wink seemed to be questioning each other. He's seemed to have lost the team which usually leads to a firing. Where is the old Dabs fire on the sideline? He now seems to sulk on the sidelines, he looks whipped in the 1st quarter. He seems to have lost his confidence.

Are they trying for 700 yards of total offense?

A 2 yard check down on 3rd and 30 is just like a QB sneak in that situation.

Could this be a record breaking day?
The largest Cowboys loss in franchise history came in 1966, when the Dallas Cowboys defeated them 52-7. Don Meredith threw five TD passes for the Cowboys that day.

hold on, the half isn't over yet, the Boys could pile on some more points before the half

It appears the defense is calling it a day as well. We are very lucky we are not down by 28.

The offense sucks but let's be honest the Boys should be up 21-0. We will end up giving up 500 yards of offense unless they pull the starters when we are down by 30 in the 3rd quarter.
