I feel the same way--He has a pretty sketchy resume--He has played 1 year of college ball at a high level..Did he play in the Senior Bowl? Anyone??

  The last thing I ever want to do on the BBH is change the theme of a post--so if it is out of line please delete..  This thread reinforces how grateful I am and should be to my Maker.  One week from today I will be 86 years old and here we are talking about all these great people who have left us far too soon.  First thing I do everyday after a prayer of Thanksgiving that I am able to see another day is read on line my local newspaper.  The next thing is check in on my family news site-the BBH.

  My wish for all members of this board is that they get to enjoy a life as full as mine has been and I look forward to meeting all of you some day--It may be in a place other than Giants Stadium at a tailgate but think how great a celebration of another Giant season it will be with John, Mojo,Chris, Sam56 etc etc etc all in attendance

  Would you consider Lavonte David too far of a "reach" if the Giants took him at 32?  I am not suggesting the Giants are going LB just curious about David--There will probably be better value still at 32 before they would take David

  I saw him play as well--he is a helluva offensive weapon--but as I said yesterday--just having him on Special Teams will be enough for me to start--I know I am repeating myself but how many times last year did we bitch and complain about lousy field position because we had NO return game--this kid can change that in a hurry.

And as I said yesterday--the comparison to Moss is fair in size only--even though I believe this kid is a good 10 lbs heavier--this kid does not go down with just being touched--he is a "hard" runner--if that is a proper football term--

So I am willing to wait for camp and the first exhibition game to see if my take on this kid is as good then as it is today

I said yesterday that I saw this kid play vs UCONN--I saw him run down and catch Jordan Todman--I know, I know Todman is no Heisman candidate but if you believe the numbers from the Combine--Todman ran a 4.4--so maybe we shouldn't always believe the numbers--maybe Williams is faster than 4.6 or Todman is not a 4.4 guy--but I know what I saw--but what impressed me the most about this kid was his relentless motor--He never quit on any play--he went full bore all the time and was all over the field--but more impressive is everything I have read about this kid --he is an exceptional character kind of guy

I am rooting for him

The comparison between Moss & this kid is fair when you are comparing size --5'8"

One Difference is that Moss was fearful--this kid is fearless

I am really sorry I couldn't make the BBH weekend but it was my wifes birthday and the grandkids and their Dad left North Carolina at 5 AM so that they could see Grandma on her birthday--needless to say I couldnt wait to see them
