I was done with Daboll after  the Seattle Game. The Team was a no show for the Dallas Game. Totally unprepared for that one.
Next home game vs. Seattle, we fail to show up for that one as well. I've seen enough at that point.  Can't fire last year's Coach of the Year?
Well after today's debacle, Daboll's termination on Black Monday looms large.

What say you my BBH Brethern?

Big Blue Huddle / NGT How bout those Cowboys!!!

When the game is on the line. Dak proves once again, he's not ready for Prime Time. .

At the end  of the Game, the look on their over rated HC McCarthy, was priceless.

Great stuff for an argument for a W on The FAN around 5:00 AM today.
Wicked rational regarding how the Rams hung tough vs. dah Niners.

Big Blue Huddle / NFT: NY Rangers 2023 - 2024 Season
August 25, 2023, 12:58:39 AM
Well GM Drury took his sweet time, but he finally buttoned up the "Kid" Line by signing Laffy to a two year extension @ $2.35 Mill per. I'm no Fan of the former #1 overall Selection. But his 39 Points (16 Goals) last season, seems to generate those type of contract #'s. Lafreniere has been treated with kid gloves (or so I thought) since his arrival. I was wondering if the delay in signing him was attributed to seeking a Trade partner? I had read some blurbs along the way, but nothing concrete, in that regard. Wondering what our new HC Lavialette will make of the underachieving Laffy :hmm:

Big Blue Huddle / Man, can DeVito spin it!
August 12, 2023, 12:55:35 AM
Admittedly, I never saw DeVito play a lick. At 6'-2" 200 lbs. I thought he was too small for the NFL, I couldn't have been more wrong. He can make all the throws. Frozen ropes with laser accuracy. Superb touch on the deep ball. He can throw on the run too. DeVito has good pocket presence, he can buy time by sliding away from presser.
He has all of the above plus, he's got the wheels to complete the his outstanding skill set.
Methinks it would behoove us to sign DeVito to a five year deal with reasonable Backup salary =D>

Heard this news a couple nites ago on SNY. The Free Agent WR Paris Campbell that we signed this Off-season, reportedly ran a 4.31 at his Combine. He had his best season as a Pro in 2022. 63 Catches, 623 yards and 3 TD's.
Read he's the top of the food chain in the Slot. So, Mini Camp should give us a clue to Campbell's status.

1) QB: After we let Dimes walk, We Draft a QB in the 1st Rd. Hey, Dimes had a hell of a Season proving he is a legit Franchise QB. It's just the timing of a 40 mill contract hamstrings us going forward.

2) WR: Draft in the 2nd Rd. I like how a seemingly undermanned Unit of WR's & TE's got the job done in crunch time. Don't want to overpay a FA here. Stoked to develop our Receiver Unit with the addition a sizeable burner.

3) RB: No way do I pony up 14 Mill for an injury prone RB., or any RB for that matter.  In spite of Barkley being hugely popular, he's just a poor ROI.
Sign a Cap friendly Vet (under 8 Mill) and Draft a RB in the 3rd Rd.

4) C: Wise to spend our FA $ on a Vet here to stabilize our OL with a sure thing.

5) MLB: Another huge hole that we need to plug with a Vet FA.

So my BBH Brethren, what say you?

From what I could glean in a cursory overview, the following are Prospects that I think would represent a good value at the 23rd overall selection for us. Of course this is a pre combine list that will fluctuate down the road with interviews, workouts xcetera.
I'll preface  my list with the following comments. I'm not in favor of signing jpp long-term. I think it's a bad R.O.I. and I don't trust jpp to stay healthy. We can draft a replacement for 10% of what we'd have to Forfeit to him. If I had my druthers, Taco Charlton would be my first choice. Absent Taco there r great value at the corner and running back position. WR could be another fit? I know we're desperate for OL, but I don't see a single OL Prospect worthy the 23rd overall selection. In a normal year all of these so-called first-round OL prospects would be no more than second round picks I believe. Linebacker pool Is tragically shallow. There's a bunch of undersized DE's masquerading as 3-4 Rush Backers, but none that fit our 4- 3 scheme
So here goes in no significant order;

DE Taco Charlton.  Either one of these two saves US money and makes us a better team immediately.
DE Miles Garrett

TE OJ Howard.    Wishful thinking here,  Maybe? But you never know...
TE David Njoku

Corner Marion Humphrey.    How about another Eli Apple anyone?
Corner Marsh on Lattimore
Corner Quincy Wilson

WR Mike Williams.   Three sizable WR prospects that we definitely could use.
WR Corey Davis
WR Mack Hollins

RB Lenard Fournette.      Three superb RB's.
RB Dalvin Cook
RB Christian McCaffery

FS Malik Hooker.  Don't really need them, but these three  prospects are Elite.
SS Jamal Adam's
SS Jabril Peppers

QB Mitch Trubisky. Next Eli here?
QB Desmond Kizer

DT Chris Worley.      Three  Nice replacements for Hankins.
DT Jonathon Allen
DT Caleb Brantley

My two cents...
