I don't think so because replacing Daboll with Belichik is just setting up another short tenure HC, because at 71 BB will be a stop-gap.

Ultimately, you shouldn't be afraid to get your guy if you believe in him. That's how the Chiefs got Mahomes and the Bills got Allen. But you also shouldn't draft a QB just to draft one.

Which is what I fear the Giants will be doing if the draft one this year.

I'm with you.  Best and worse scenarios happen after the draft.  Because when it comes down to it no one knows how any of these guys will pan out.

If the reports of $88 million guaranteed for Josh Allen are correct this is stupid comment by Duggan.  Burns has $41 million in guarantees according to OTC.  $88 million, $41 million -- practically the same 

EDIT:  Well, maybe not.  Spotrac has Burns' guarantee at $87 million.
