We all love Saquon Barkley but let's face it, he's good but he's not the same player that came into this league after all the injuries. Each one took something from him. There were runs and opportunities today where he would have broken for a huge gain five years ago. He also is not a sure handed Receiver.

I think we will find that a platoon will produce the same results.

Schoen won't be tagging him next year.

I think someone pointed out to Jones at halftime that he had time to throw. He seemed still shell-shocked by last week's game.

One thing I notice about him when the Offense comes off the field that he sits by himself and isn't looking at film on the iPad. His whole demeanor changed as they started to have success.

I thought McKeathan and Ezeudu did very well today. That's important as we move forward.

You could see the shift in energy and confidence. Shake the dust. Let's see if the Giants can sustain the confidence going to San Francisco. Here's to second half Jones and company!

In some fairness, Saquon had no preseason snaps and was hardly used last week. Naaah...
