How are you going to throw a bomb? It takes 3-4 seconds to get the WRa down there. He was just sacked twice in less than two seconds.

He doesn't always have plenty of time. But when he does have time, it's always to the closest receiver. He doesn't look downfield. That's why defenders jump the short routes - they know he's not throwing deep.

No one said it's all Jones' fault.  But he consumes a significant portion of the offensive resources; thus, he's expected to be better than the LT making the league min.  It's time to remove the blinders...
