If you want to know how Ronnie Barnes still has a job, listen to part 2 of this interview. Pat loves Ronnie so much that instead of asking a proper journalism question like "Do you think Ronnie Barnes has some responsibility for the Giants decade plus bad injury history?" you have Pat tell her interviewee how much she respects Ronnie and asks that he explain how Ronnie isn't to blame :banghead: I always say if you are not good at your work, you better be as charismatic as hell.
Still, on the whole, this is a worthwhile listen.
Giants assistant coach Pratik Patel, who was once the lead nutritionist on the Ben McAdoo, Pat Shurmur, and (briefly) Joe Judge coaching staff. Pratik takes us behind the scenes on the planning of workloads and more as we explore factors that can lead to injuries.
Normally I respect an organization sticking by "their guys" but not when said guy has been delivering terrible results for years.
Barnes really, really needs to go.
The sad truth is, Barnes will be employed by the NY Giants until he passes away.
