Winks misuse of Thibs

Thibs is not an aggressive, attacking, physical player.  He's a dancer.  All potatoes and no meat.

Aida Hutchinson is a stud. Wish he were on my team.

That's the sad story on our beloved GMen over the passed decade. Horrendously bad but just good enough to miss our on generational talent by a couple spots. Hutchinson is a stud, but we never had a shot at him so, respectfully, he has no barring on this discussion.

I mean Hutchinson is I think he is the only defensive player in history to have 10 sacks and 4 interceptions by year 2.  How crazy is that for a DL?

Back to Thibs.  I just don't know how you teach him to be super aggressive in attacking OL.  He won't succeed as a dancer where he mostly gets cleanup sacks at the late stage of a pass play.  He needs to be disrupting the pocket as the QB is dropping back and he simply is not doing that.
