I see his last stint ended in 2022 with Tampa as DC/DL Coach and hasn't coached since (according to Wikipedia)

I had always hoped he'd climb the coaching ladder.

Anyone know what he is up to?

Good question. He was part of Belichik defenses and even on BB's coaching staff if I'm not mistaken.
