Certainly makes offseason attendance easier.

Giants offseason program starts today. This stage is voluntary, but the Giants put a heavy emphasis on attendance through workout bonuses. Half the teams don't really use workout bonuses, but 27 Giants have them, ranging from $20K to $500K. Giants typically require players to attend 84% of the entire offseason program and 100% of OTAs/minicamp to earn the bonuses. Full list of workout bonuses:

I think it is a good idea.  At facility, they can be monitored.  Remember how much everyone hated that Shockey and the wr's wouldn't work out with Eli?  They would all go down to Miami.  Not sure if those would be included as part of a workout bonus, but the concept is there.

Don't forget when Logan Ryan had most of the defense working out with him (down south) rather than that at Giants stadium

Those meetings are very important to new FAs coming in and when there is a change in Coordinators.
"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."
