Quote from: Jolly Blue Giant on Today at 11:05:55 AMI don't think in today's NFL there is such a thing as a goal line RB. The days of Csonka and "The Bus" are long gone. Defenses are bigger, faster, and stronger so few RBs can push a line out of the way with brute force...especially when the defense knows it's coming

I think a guy like Jaylen Wright might do as well as any in the draft. He's fast, shifty, strong, and plays with a nasty demeanor and unrivaled intensity. If he sees a crease, he's already trying to thread it

Dolphins took Jaylen Wright. Looks like Daboll is going to roll with what we have.

Quote from: GloryDays on Today at 12:33:59 PMTheo Is not Benn Sinnott, but he has the potential to put it together and become that blocking TE we need.

From what I'm reading it appears the Giants see him more as a playmaking TE in addition to blocking

Quote from: Uncle Mickey on Today at 01:11:01 PMDabes made a comment 2 years that stuck out to me. He said we must be the slowest team on offense in the entire NFL.

Last 2 years Jalen Hyatt, Nabers and now Theo Johnson. Oh yeah and a stab at a Running back that ran a 4.27

The Giants sure has made a concerted effort to increase the speed of their offensive skill players

Greed knows no bounds.  18 games, short weeks with Thursday games and whatever other ideas they can come up with that are detrimental to the players health.  Isn't the average career short enough?

Seems like a good pick

For the people who really want a RB .. at this point I ask why ?? Not saying I'm against I would not mind it

But what is another late mid round RB going to do for us ? We drafted one last year ... let him get actual playing time and see what he can do

Again I am not against it .. but it doesn't seem like a need to me
