When I started this thread back in January, I had been playing Wordle for a few weeks and just wondered if anyone else played it. My expectation: a couple of responses followed by a 1 page thread falling into obscurity after a few days. Never in a million years would I have ever expected this thread to go 78 pages and still be alive and going strong in August

Funny, I was pondering this myself this am. I can't imagine anyone could have predicted that such a simple game would become this big and lasting of a fad.

I think with any topic there will be more people who are interested than others. Clearly there are folks here who like thinking puzzles and getting brain exercise.

When I saw your graph, I knew you had put in "TWINE"...LOL
That would have been my choice too, except I had to use a "C" that I already knew was the 4th letter
