Title: Grocery shopping in the 70s
Post by: brownelvis54 on February 11, 2024, 05:41:51 PM
Born is 1969, Its crazy to see people smoking in the store, and the prices and nothing locked up.

17 bucks for a full cart, and he lit up a smoke right there in the checkout line... those were the days

I do all the shopping for my household, always have and probably always will. I enjoy it.

Except for the prices and a few other things, most stores seem as they are today. AND, they didn't have to bring their own bags to carry the groceries home.
