One reason I would have fired the OL Coach by now is that as long as he is with the team, the young players are not getting better and in some cases seem worse.  I would think that getting someone in here as fast as possible would be paramount to getting the unit, especially the young players, to improve.

By far, and not just football but all sports combined, the Cowboys.  I can't even wrap my head around players wanting to play there, respectable ones anyway.   

I am in the camp that you can never have enough edge rushers.  Eli may have been Super Bowl MVP but we beat the Patriots because of our NASCAR package..  Throwing a relentless attack at Brady of Strahan, Tuck Umenoyra, Kiwanuka, etc gave him little to no time to pass.  It's fun to watch a high powered offense but when it's fun to watch a defense, that's football!!

I voted 3rd stringer but why can't he become the next Brock Purdy?  Like a previous poster said, we deserve it.  Who knows really?

JMS  -  Difference maker
Jackson  -  Can be a difference maker
Jones  -  TT has been doing well, no rush
Neal  -  Has been bad but definitely needs playing time so we can see what we really have

I think i figured out Neal's injury...his feelings are hurt, he's day to day

Who are the best current trade partners for Barkley?  Which teams are close to a championship and need a feature back or at least a complimentary back?

The point of this topic was't, "Would a top QB prospect want to play here"  It was about DJ's injury and if this gives Schoen an "out" or a built in excuse to draft a top QB.  He could easily say we would love DJ to be our QB until he retires but he has had multiple injuries and this latest one could be the most serious.  This is also a conversation that could be had with a top QB.  We liked the guy we had but unfortunately injuries forced our hand and we had to go back to the well.

I absolutely agree, but if your QB is hurt and is a hit away from possibly being done, you have to consider a replacement sooner rather than later.  This season has been a nightmare and some tough decisions are going to have to be made.

Jones has a neck injury and from what i'm hearing, it's a different one from the last one.  Does this give Schoen an easy out to draft a new QB and say it's safety for a possible career ending injury for Jones?  Seems like this could tie everything up with a neat little bow if they decide to move on from Jones.

That Patriots game was won because of Belichick's arrogance.  He saw the Giants were succeeding and rather than alter or make adjustments to their plan, he just kept doing the same thing believing his team was so superior that they would still win anyway.

when I look at what Dallas did with Elliot, I can see McCaffery.  When I look at our OL, I can see Bolles.  When I look at this list of 3 players, I just don't see Cunningham, especially if the other 2 are available as well.
