It's on the GM and the coach to get this headed in the right direction.  They inherited a mess but could've read too much into the success they had last season.  Especially when you consider how bad they continue to be in their own division.

I agree it's obviously the position of all positions.  But this is a dumpster fire right now and it's looking like another floundering regime.  It's like a curse of the New York teams as they all refuse to rebuild correctly. 

What I will never understand from some is the hyper obsession with Daniel Jones when overall the team absolutely stinks and is lacking in all areas.  Is this the New York Giants or the New York Daniel Jones?  This all needs to be rebuilt with a solid foundation on offense and defense.  Until that's done the Giants will never have long term success.  I don't see how one can watch this franchise stink up every Sunday slate and still have the main concern always be Daniel Jones.  Whether it's positive or negative.     

While certainty they lack talent all around.  This looks like a team that's being very badly coached.

Maybe mourning the ridiculous loss by the college on Saturday.

The reality is that since their last SB win this franchise is 80-111-1 with one playoff win.  That record looks to get worse over the next few years.

It's not when you're bringing back Barkley, adding Waller and throwing $40 million at a QB who hasn't proven anything.

The bottom line for me is the Giants being a winning team.  The playoff win not withstanding we have been dealing with mostly mediocrity for way too long now.  One of the worst records in football over those years.

I'm over the this player is a good guy and this player is what our culture is about.  We cleared out the OBJs of the world and what did it get us?  I'm not saying I want criminals in here but can we start worrying about getting winning players? 

They need a proper complete rebuild.  Anything short of that and they will stay in the same cycle.

I do believe Daboll will be back but I don't like what I've seen here.  There's regression and then there's this.

I get on Jones but I don't buy into it.  The Dolphins have coasted in the second half and lets see Taylor after taking 100 sacks in a few games.

Taylor has been brutalized game after game yet.

Too early?  Perhaps it is but I'm already over him.  The players should be getting coached up.  After two steps forward last year this is ten steps back.  Undisciplined, never prepared and not even really competing.  This to me falls on the head coach.

More from the defender falling on him for no reason.
