Eagles collapse

So many people are saying they never saw a collapse like this
Being 10-1 talking about the superbowl and having such a great team
Well The Giants collapse was even worst when plaxico shot himself
We would of won the superbowl that year

I think there were two factors at play:

1)  Losing both the OC and DC.   Yeah, the new OC and DC can keep the old coordinator's system going, but after half a season, the quality of the new coaches (which seems to be sub-par) will shine through.

2) The core of the Eagles is pretty old.   When older players start to decline, they tend to shine in September and October but will swoon in December and beyond.

This should be a lesson to Giants management about letting our one seasoned superstar coach (Wink) go......Daboll and Schoen are amateurs by comparison
