Watch Herbert play.  The talent he's surrounded by isn't much different than what the Giants have.  Guy has a cannon for an arm and takes shots downfield.

He won't do it but Daboll should yank Jones and see if Tyrod can make a difference. I'm sure he won't make a difference. Probably worse.

Again, Dabal was fired 3x for leading the NFLs 32, 30, 29 and 23 ranked offenses. Like all coaches, he was viewed as a hot commodity when paired with an AP QB. Without one, he's the same guy he was in Clev and Mia.

I know Jones having bad game but the receivers don't appear to be open ...hard to believe if they were.  Even Jones would throw to an open guy

This is a last place team. They haven't enough essential units even to be competitive with average teams. And major changes to the staff and serious consideration about the direction now.

I don't know, think eagles game last year the 1st meeting, tyrod comes in with hardly time left and threw for half of what Jones did basically did the whole game

It's the NFL, guys aren't just open unless it's a busted coverage. Most guys are covered every play, it's why Qbs are paid so much to get the ball into tight windows.

If this team continues down its current path, I'd rather trade Tyrod to some team like the Jets that could use him. A veteran backup is wasted on this team. May as well play DeVito if Jones needs to come out.
