Well, Rich @MightyGiants , you've got some PhD and MS guys in the house now so I hope this will bump up the Giants' organizational qualifications to be more on par with the rest of the league. As far as what has what has already been put in motion since last year, it will be exciting to see how these new professionals help build the overall success of Performance, Strength and Conditioning which is a critical element of a team's success.
