If the Giants go safety I want one of the guys over 6 foot.   Under 6 foot would seem like a match up problem with TEs and the tall WRs

This is one of the shortest QB draft classes I can remember.
"Shortest" in height or depth at the position?

I meant height but both work

What are you thoughts on STORM JOHNSON Ceri?

Lorenzo Talliaferro sounds like an intriguing prospect and as you said a nice safety net if one of the better prospects don't fall to the Giants with their other day 3 picks

It would surprise me to see the Giants pick up Demarcus Lawrence in the second round.  They have interviewed him and he seems to be an ideal fit for the Giants Joker position.

More often than not the Giants bring in guys they have questions about more so than those they like. Lawrence's three suspensions and John Mara's statement about not taking chances high in the draft seem like a clash to me. Obviously they will have done some digging and know exactly what those suspensions are for but he doesn't sound like a TC guy to me. Attacochu not only appears to be a TC guy but also very much the type of prospect that Reese and Ross like

Ceri,

Seems to me there are two things that make a player a gamble, character and injury.   Attacochu seems to be the latter.

Please do not kill me but I am also a Dolphins fan.

Welcome!  No harm in being a Fin fan.  In fact these days I think the proper response would be sympathy. ;) :greetings:

Am I the only one that thinks Aaron Donald could be a DE?  He has the motor, the speed & his size would seem better suited for that position...is this too crazy?  Just thinking...Cid

Donald could do spot duty at DE, but I would doubt he would thrive there

No report on Michael Sam?  The Giants did interview him

Pat Traina tweeted yesterday that the Giants like Dallas Reynolds.  They see upside with him

Eli has already seen the upside offered by Reynolds. Final game of the season he saw the skyline. Last week the remnants of that hit had him looking up at the ceiling of an operating theatre

John Urschel please.  That's the kind of guy I think would be perfect for the Giants

I would pass on Richardson.   Microfracture surgery that young does not bode well for a long career.  MF surgery can create a substitute for cartilage but it's not as strong or durable as the real thing.

Ceri,

Did you hear TC's comment about the size of the guards the Giants signed and going back to playing Giants football?  Seems like with the departure of Gilbride nimble and athletic may not be in the Giants guard's job description.   I think what that will translate into is better short yardage and red zone production.
