In following with Philo, I decided to look up many last lines of famous movies and let's see what we have here. Some of so easy a child could get them, while others you might want to think a bit, but all are from very famous movies.

Here are a few, mostly easy

1---"I was to think of these days many times. Of Jem and Dill and Boo Radley, and Tom Robinson - and Atticus. He would be in Jem's room all night, and he would be there when Jem waked up in the morning."

T KILL A MOCKING BIRD

-----------------------------------------

2---"Hey, Blond!... You know what you are? Just a dirty son-of-a-b-!

---------------------------------------------------------------

3---"You finally really did it. You maniacs! You blew it up! God damn you! God damn you all to hell!"

PLANET OF THE APES
------------------------------------------------------------

4----"You're wrong, Henry. You'll be there. You're the type. Who else would defend my right to be lonely?"

----------------------------------------------------------------------

5---"The old man was right, only the farmers won. We lost. We'll always lose."

THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN

2 & 4 don't ring a bell with me.  Maybe they're easy for watchers of the newer pictures you were talking about in another thread but not for an old fudd like me.

I knew you'd get Inherit the Wind (what a great movie and performance by Tracy and March.)

The other is The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. I thought this was an easy one as Clint Eastwood was always called Blondie by Eli Wallach.

is

#1 = Jaws

Can't place the other two although both lines sound familiar
"I'll probably buy a helmet too because my in-laws are already buying batteries."
— Joe Judge on returning to Philadelphia, his hometown, as a head coach

"...until we start winning games, words are meaningless."
John Mara
