There's a lot of talent by the men on this board with a camera in their hands. That sunrise and fishing boat picture could be entered in a contest and would probably take the trophy. It's that nice!

I should have added to the instructions: Check the size of the picture you want to post. You should "resize" the picture you wish to post to a size that fits on the screen on BBH otherwise one will have to use the slide bar to see the whole picture.

In my "Picture Folders" on my PC, I have a sub-directory called "resized pictures" that I use for posting on a thread. That way, I still have the original in it's huge size, but also a smaller version that is easy to see on one page of a thread.

Lenn explained it, but I'll try to explain it a little differently. Like Lenn, I prefer to use "Postimages.org". There are other free file sharing sites, but in my experience, Postimages.org is the easiest.

Go to https://postimages.org/

Step 1: click "Choose Images" (this will take you to your personal files on your PC)
Step 2: locate the picture you want to show and click "enter"
Step 3: There will be a row of options to click, pick "Hotlink for Forums" (7th option down) and click the little blue icon to the right of the row
Step 4: on the BBH thread you want to post the picture, just click "paste"

note: sometimes the postimages website adds a little advertisement to the end of the picture (about 1 out of 10 times). So before sending your response, check out the link that is pasted. So if the link to the picture has additional information after the first [img][/url] in the link, such as First Finance Insurance[/url], just delete that part. So always "preview" before posting.

Really easy once you get used to it.

Glad you started this thread Lenn. Those are truly incredible pictures that you've shared - stunning and professional. I'm glad you posted them as I was hoping to see some of the talent from this board and you in particular. You definitely have the eye for it. I'd have to dig through a thousand pictures of mine to find one or two worth posting. I already posted one worth posting - the sky on fire sunset. If I find another, I'll post it. Now I'm getting the hankering to dig out my expensive camera and get to work on it!

I watched "The Old Guard" last night. It was just released on Netflix (yesterday I think). I liked it and so did my girlfriend. I was always a fan of Charlize Theron anyway, especially in the movie comedy "Trial and Error" as well as one of my favorites, "The Italian Job"...but she was just so dang hot in Trial and Error.

Anyway, the gist of the move is that she and three guys are "immortals" and have been alive for centuries if not thousands of years fighting evils throughout the world. They get shot in the face or blown up and their body just rejuvenates as if nothing happened so they spend their lives as a mini-army trying to right the wrongs going on in the world. It ended in such a way that I think there will be a sequel.

I'd give it 3 1/2 stars, maybe 4. Not a bad way to spend the evening. And believe me, I've wasted many hours watching movies that I wished I had that time back, lol

It could be several movies from Hollywoods past, you know, eccentric family, murder, and then 2 hours of trying to find who-done-it, a la Hercule Peroit, Agatha Christie, Sherlock Holmes and probably several others.

So, my take. (and this is just me), I never really got into the entire movie and could say I enjoyed it that much, but my darling wife loved it. Maybe it was Daniel Craig's character who had a huge Southern accent and I see him only as James Bond. Bit I did doze off midway for only a minute or two and after that, I was completely lost. So the movie got very good reviews and ratings, so maybe it's just me and my snooze. If you enjoy these types of movies, you will probably like this. It isn't heavy, very light entertainment and some funny moments. (Again, listening to Craig with his Southern drawl, that was funny enough, but not meant to be.

Funny, my reaction just the opposite - I really enjoyed it. My girlfriend didn't care for it and moseyed off to bed a little more than half way through. I personally like a good mystery and 9 times out of 10 I can figure out "whodunit" fairly early on. This one kept me baffled most of the way through.

Getting back on track with the original intent of this thread, let me share a couple more "offensive" (to some) jokes. Let me preface it with, I am blonde (or used to be, now it's pretty much bald and gray with some streaks of blonde left), my girlfriend is blonde, my ex-wife is blonde, my daughters are blonde, and 5 out of 7 of my grandchildren are blonde.

A young blonde hottie was sitting in the audience enjoying a show that was headlined by a well-known ventriloquist. After going through a few jokes, the ventriloquist started in with a couple of blonde jokes. The blonde hottie started getting really upset and couldn't take it anymore and decided to walk up to the stage and let her protest be known. She got on the stage and said, "I am deeply offended by your blonde jokes and I want you to stop right now". The ventriloquist was somewhat taken aback and replied, "I'm terribly sorry ma'am, it's just in good fun", to which the blonde replied, "I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to him" as she pointed to the dummy!

Okay, another perhaps offensive to some.

A 36 year old single school teacher stopped at the grocery store after school. She bought a quart of milk, small packages of fruits and vegetables as well as several single-serving types of food in containers. As she was checking out, a dirty, bedraggled old homeless man got in line behind her and watched her closely as she checked out. When she was done the man said to her, "yer single ain't ya". Smiling inside, the woman thought that he must have surmised that by looking at the items she bought and was pleased to see his mind at work. So she replied with a smile, "why yes I am...how could you tell?" The homeless man replied, "Cuz yer ugly"!

Bateman is an interesting character that I've learned to appreciate. The first time I saw him was in "Fargo" (the TV Series) - the first season. He was fantastic in Fargo and he's great in "Ozark". I laughed my ass off in "Ozark" when his wife asked him how he can sleep at night and he responds that he gets a warm cozy feeling recalling the thud sound of her lover being thrown off a 14 story building and landing near him. She slaps him of course, but what a great response, LMAO 

I watched "Primal Fear" last night for the first time in 20 years. A truly great movie. Edward Norton scares the crap out of me. Great acting, great plot, great movie.
