All the more reason to have gone for it on 4th and one.
"There is a greater purpose...that purpose is team. Winning, losing, playing hard, playing well, doing it for each other, winning the right way, winning the right way is a very important thing to me... Championships are won by teams who love one another, who respect one another, and play for and support one another."

Exactly.

That was Judge-esque by Daboll. Literally. Hard to watch.

You can see his form is slightly off. Hopefully, he can get the pain under control. Because he will be needed before the game is over.

Peace!

How does one team suffer so many injuries to key players year after year. It's baffling.

I wish our head trainer and doctor would make themselves available to the media for honest questions on this topic.

Obviously that will never happen though, so we will have to just stick with the theory that we're just snake-bit, and that we're doing everything we possibly can preventatively and innovatively, and it just is what it is.

Before we finished the 8th game of the season we lost our first and second string quarterbacks, our starting running back, our two starting tackles, our swing tackle, our starting center and now possibly our starting tight end.

OK Ronnie Barnes fans, here's another log for your burning him at the stake. If Gano's pain management wasn't properly controlled, perhaps the kicker wouldn't have missed in regulation.

Talk among yourselves.

Hey..let's not forget to dole out some criticism of Schoen. Why wasn't there another kicker brought in? Tons of guys that make those kicks. More Dumbo stuff.

The dysfunction just goes on and on with just new faces leading the circus.

It has been my experience that when a Kicker misses 2 short FGs in a game he has a 50/50 shot of getting shown the door in the near future. I like Gano, but he is one of the players you can point to and say "he lost them the game."
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you read is not what I meant - Robert McCloskey (if he were on this Forum)

I'm not sure how long this injury has been on the go but Gano has not looked like the Gano of previous years.
Today something was WAY off.
Smell my cheese you mother!

Gano beat the Jints one year with a 63-yard kick as a Panther.Ouch. That guy wasn't there today

At the time I thought it made sense for Gano to kick it there but I didn't know he was injured.  On a wet field why rely on an injured specialist to finish the game?
