Big Blue Huddle

After playing the Blue Jackets on Sun. we have five days off. Then, a huge tilt at the Rock with the Devils.
I can't report on our injuries, or those of the Devils at this time. If any of you have Intel re; Injury Reports, please share it. The Devils game begins our mini marathon of seven Games in 12 days, featuring Boston as the 3rd game in four days. Our five days off comes at a very, much needed, juncture of time.

For me, it was Seattle. Time to prepare, and 2nd time in a row we are a no show on our home field. That's when I knew Daboll had to go.

FIRE HC Daboll           For the life of me, I can't understand how some here are on board for more Daboll???

I've had experience with this type of individual, as well as bipolar disorder. As mentioned, a man his size can do
alot of damage before being restrained. It's my experience that someone who has been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, has an imbalance of neuro-transmitters in their brain. There are numerous meds that can effectively treat that disorder. You can't have it both ways, meaning, you can't claim the disorder was the driving force for your criminal behavior, then be guilty of not taking your prescribed  medication to treat your Bipolar disorder.

The above is based on my life experience. I do not have any formal education regarding these matters.

4-1 W sounds like a walk in the park. It was anything but that. We dominate the 1st, only score once.
The 2nd was a complete 180. Go figure? we go into the 3rd tied at 1. We score three unanswered Goals.
One on a PP, one at five on five, and one on an Empty Net.
Laffy with a three Point night a Goal & two Helpers.  Maybe as mentioned, this is his breakout season?
Marchand scores again, plus another night of being dominate on the Dot. Heard he's at 63% on Faceoffs, what a #! The guy throws the body every night.
Bread continues on his scoring tear (if I'm not mistaken) he needs to score in the next two games to break Rod Gilbert's record that has stood since 1973.
I saw Rod score a couple times. My Father had Season Tix and would take me. I was a Senior in H.S. at the time with the GAG Line in full swing.

Most amazing Game was by our 3rd String Goalie. Injuries to (day to day) Shesty and Quick had us call up ( poor sp.) Domique from the Wolf Pack.
He only had to handle two  shots in the 1st. He gave up a Goal in the 2nd, but handled the other 25 (or so?) shots. He was a terrific interview in the Locker Room. He may be the Starter for the next game, depending on the status of Shesty & Quick?
Laviolette has them drinking the Kool-Aide!

We can do better than Daboll. Coach of the year & us firing a couple HC's prior to Daboll isn't enough of a reason to keep him on for a third year IMHO. Injuries aside, we weren't prepared to play in three lopsided losses.

Marchand with two Goals. Two PP for the Blueshirts. Krides waves his magic wand again.
Plenty of clean hard hitting throughout the game. Our 4th Line had a good Game.  Quick was heading for a shut out till early in the 3rd...
Detroit with three unanswered Goals in the 3rd. They were within striking distance with aprox. eight mins. remaining.
We had three or four shots just miss the Open Net.

Daboll may have been with the Bills for 20 years and developed some talent, but5 he wasn't a

I've mentioned this elsewhere on other Threads. Tommy D. has gotten zero Reps. This will be his 1st week of Reps.
Look for some slight improvement throwing to WR's. Tough 1st assignment. Hopefully our OL can provide a modicum of protection (?).

I don't know about the season. So many other problem areas.  
I do know our Staff checked out Dimes on the sideline and told him he's good to go.
Next play, his knee buckles, season over. Quite possibly his Giants career as well.
Ronnie Barns & Co. did their best once again  

DeVito will improve with Reps.

Let DeVito get some Reps. This will be his 1st week of getting Starter's Reps.
He's got an NFL arm and he has the legs that can move the chains.
He'll get Hyatt the ball.
Daboll being unable to motivate this Team is a much bigger concern to me.

Rest up Dan. Believe or not, better days are ahead.

The Wild score four unanswered Goals.

Quick stood tall, as we were badly outshot.
Our old Pal Zucc sure made his Shoot Out Goal look easy.
Bread was $ for us once again. He scores on 60% of his Shoot Out attemps.
So we score 13 Points out of a possible 14 Points in our last seven Games.
Not too shabby...

yeah more to come alright, but not for us. The Wild just scored a couple to cut the score to 3-2
