Many of the beat writers are posting videos of Barkley participating in drills and speculating on his readiness to return. As someone with well over a decade of training camps under his belt and who frequently watched injured or PUP players train in an effort to figure out how close they are to returning, I can tell you I was never able to do it. I have never been able to just look at what the player was doing and not doing and use that to gain any sort of insight in terms of readiness to return.
if im not mistaken didnt they change the diagnosis to high ankle?
If its a simple sprain its possible for Monday- high ankle forget about it
if I recall Eli returned early from one but was not mobile out there and not a RB
