So the Giants had 7 potential starters (see below) not practicing, including their starting QB. They play the Bills in Buffalo on Sunday night.

Assistant coaches have to face the media all the time, including if not especially when their unit is struggling. How come Ronnie Barnes never has to do a press conference?

Today was Justin Pugh's first practice in full pads. He took reps with the scout team O-line today. He said his knee feels great, but he said it will be important to gauge how he feels tomorrow.

"If I can play, obviously I would love to do that. That's up to coach, the training staff — it's not just me."
