That's the point I was trying to make. I had the H as my first letter, so it was so much easier to get the word instead of having to try different combos and missing.

We all have our strategies and it really all ends up as a matter of luck.

Very true.

I think I noted this a week or two ago, but I have been getting better results lately by putting a word with a Y in my 2nd or 3rd guess.

Horrible word - I ran out of letters and wasn't sure this was even a word. I put it a half dozen words and it kept coming back saying that it was "NOT A WORD". When I did get it right, I was 100% sure it was "NOT A WORD", then they flipped green 

I suspect a few more streaks to go down today

I had the "A" and an "I" out of place. Took 4 guesses just to eliminate where the "I" was in the word. Once I knew it was the last letter, and having so few consonants left, it was about the only word possible. Very tough...at least for me
