wow - one of the most gorgeous houses in Florida...all of 11 years old...is being leveled. Tom Brady rented it for awhile and Jeter and family are living in an upscale apartment in Miami



It seems unfathomable to me, but people with unlimited money always seem to still surprise me

I'm sure he could sell the property to someone not famous so i wonder if a hotel is planned there or if there is some structural issue.
