Not surprised this is where he landed. They seemed to be the frontrunners.

As I said in the original thread on this topic, I wouldn't have been categorically opposed to him coming to the Giants, but it would have had to be for a contract that I am sure is less than what the Ravens gave him.

High price for a WR his age,  with his injury history imo
Ain't nothing to it but to do it!

Way too much of a guarantee in my opinion. No chance I would have been supportive of that for us.

Philosophers

They can have him at those numbers

MagicRat

Yeah, the Ravens were a great run club under Newsome.

The new regime........let's say the jury is out.
Smell my cheese you mother!

Well played by Odell... :ok:

Good for him.

Waaaaaay too much money for me to even consider (me pretending to be Schoen)  :greetings:

Hope he does well AND doesn't get injured again...he IS fun to watch and coming back from 2 ACL tears is truly admirable.

DaveBrown74

Who is their QB by the way?

100% agreed; $15M guaranteed was unexpected...

True Blue

Agreed on being glad they didn't pursue at those costs. Too much for this version of him. Wish him the best in Baltimore though, they don't have alot of competition at WR atm so he will likely have every chance to prove he can still ball.

Best of luck, hope it works out for him

Jaime

To my knowledge, he never worked out for anyone :what:
15 Mil for an injury prone, well past his prime diva. :badidea:
