Big Blue Huddle / Re: Is Malik Nabers Qb Proof?

Quote from: Jclayton92 on Today at 11:38:37 AMThen I guess all the beat writers and guys covering the Giants have an agenda then because they've all been discussing this very question.

Having a vacuous biased agenda hardly depends on beat writer and other media discussions, now does it?

Cheers!

And that's the problem with the eye test, when it isn't fact checked by measurables.

Quote from: Philosophers on Today at 10:24:06 AMHe's not so special that if the OL only allows a very amount of time before a QB gets hit that he will be effective.  NFL CBs can tie him early for a split second to screw up any effectiveness.  It's about the OL.
Yeah I think the context in which the question was asked by different guys was asked so in a way to determine how special the beat writers and talking heads think Nabors can be.

Like is he Garrett Wilson or a Larry Fitzgerald who produced regardless of who was around him or does he need that pairing.

As much as a great qb sometimes needs a great Wr to be elite the same can be said for the Wr. Some though produce regardless and I think it's a little premature to even really know at this point before practices have really even started.

Quote from: MightyGiants on Today at 09:48:54 AMIt's funny, I was interviewed by my insurance company yesterday.  After the woman heard my description of the accident and the injuries I sustained, she remarked that she was surprised by how upbeat I was.   It's sort of funny, that messed with me a bit as I wondered if maybe I shouldn't be so upbeat.   Then I realized I was inspired by my boss.  She's had to deal with more than her fair shared of adversity and she never let it get her down.   I had admired that about her and I guess it inspired me to do the same.

This is inspirational far beyond the impact your boss has had on you and I hope, one day, you will let her know this.

You've given me a jolt of inspiration today by sharing this.

Thank you!

In your lawsuit, make sure you factor in enough funds to upgrade the website!  :nanner:  <:-P

Update: My surgery was 15 days ago and it all went well. The surgeon said anything that could have gone wrong didn't go wrong. I stopped taking oxycodone after 5 days because I felt like I didn't need it any more.

Right now there is minimal pain but I have to be cautious not to walk too far or else the back starts hurting. I'm doing PT but it will be a long while until I can do any weight training.

First and foremost, we all should want to see evidence of Daniel Jones's return to health and best form. Why that should be is too obvious as to require discussion, much less debate. So far, based on his limited but very favorable OTA performance, most of us are encouraged.

Cheers!
