Mccarthy is the guy for me. And I hope the Giants see it the same.

Go get him

I want a QB that can lift the franchise out the bottom of the league. Until we get that we're going no where.

That isn't DJ. So let's just get it over with and get into a position to get someone who MIGHT BE.

Quote from: Philosophers on October 17, 2023, 01:40:35 PMI heard somewhere that both Jamie and Gano are from the same small town in Scotland.  If true, that's crazy.
That's incorrect.

Jamie was born in Inverness which is a city in the very North of Scotland and Gano is from Arbroath which is a smaller town near Dundee on the East Coast.

I didn't know Sam but my thoughts are with him and his family at this time. May he rest in peace.

Only been a member a week. Enjoying it so far.

I haven't contributed much so far.

Mainly because I'll come across as a dumb Brit ;)

Seriously though I think I have a good understanding of the rules etc but having never played football as a child I miss out on some of the finer details of HOW football's played.

Earlier this year (during the playoffs) NFLUK put on a few road shows with the presenter of the NFL over here, Mark Brunell and Jeff Reinebold, where they did a QA session and walked through how blocking works and how the read option is played out.  I thought that was perfect for me and my friends as we'd never been shown that sort of thing before.

Anyway, I hope to contribute when I feel I can!

Hey!  Where in Scotland are you? I'm in Fife.
