I believe that JMS is the third Center from Minnesota that the Giants have drafted over the years.

The first was Greg Larson who was drafted in the sixth round in 1961 and went on to play 13 seasons for the Giants.

The second was Brian Williams who was drafted 18th overall in the 1989 draft and went on to played until 1999 when an eye injury ended his playing days.

Larson was viewed as the "hair apparent" to Ray Wietecha (per Christopher Moltisanti!)

Ray Wietecha what a center. could long snap and was so good at it that he would place the ball with the laces facing forward when the punter or holder caught the ball.

IF YOU CAN NAME THE PERSON WHO RUINED HIS CAREER WITH THAT EYE INJURY WITHOUT LOOKING IT UP, I'LL BE IMPRESSED.

HINT: BH WERE HIS INITIALS.
