If he doesn't show improvement, then I think Eluemunor or Phillips is the RT entering the season. I can see Phillips as the Swing Tackle. Regardless, this team needs to draft a Guard or a T/G.

I agree that Neal is probably the presumptive starting RT going into camp, and perhaps going into week one. I don't think his leash is long at all though. If he's terrible again, someone else will take his place at RT by week three or four, if not sooner than that.

When Phillips stood in for Neal..the line improved somewhat. Neal has been not only bad..but bottom of the barrel at RT. Have little faith in him keeping  the job.

Agreed. I'm not even sure why he should have it for a game next year. Eleumenor was way better last year on Vegas, and he played for this coach.

I don't think there's any way in hell that they are going to ditch Neal. He's been hurt a lot and his transition to the right side has been a hard learning curve, and he didn't exactly have great coaching or help from the guard position. But he's a monster of a man who is also extremely athletic, long, strong, and smart. It will really be interesting to see what Bricillo can do with him...fingers crossed. If Bricillo can bring out the best of him and get the line to work in unison, no telling how good our offense could be
The joke I told yesterday was so funny that,
apparently, HR wants to hear it tomorrow

I suspect that Schoen/Daboll are letting Bricillo have free rein to build the OL as he sees fit. I imagine that Bricillo has spent hundreds of hours going over past film and doing his own analysis on each player. I'm sure he has a strong opinion on Phillips and if he wanted him, he'd be signed
