Good thing to keep continuity on the staff for the players who are coming back and for Daboll to continue to run the team as he has.

Best case scenario for the Giants, let these players get some continuity along with the coaches.

Another year will also help them both be prepared to be a HC, while potential in house replacements will also be more ready to take over.

No negative for the team here, plus Eagles lose both coordinators.

For reasons just given, I am both pleased and satisfied, and look forward to Mike Kafka and Wink Martindale having an opportunity to continue to work with both current talent and with some needed new talent in support of the Daboll way.

Cheers!

Great news we keep Kafka and Wink.  First bc they are great coordinators and two for what Rambo stated above: continuity!  :ok:

We are made righteous in Christ through his obedience made complete on the Cross , dying to the flesh and being completely made new through his resurrection.

Likewise we can now put off the former perspective of unholiness and put on his perfect garment of righteousness!

What's the pay difference between being an offensive/defensive coordinator and being a Head Coach?
"17-14 fellas.  One touchdown and we are world champions.  Believe it and it will happen!  17-14 is the final.  Let's go!"  Michael Strahan, with 2:39 remaining in SB42.

A lot.  Probably in the $3-$4m per range

This provides a boost for the Giants.  Continuity will help the play on the field as well as talent acquisition.

Plus, there has been a shot fired over the bow.  So no doubt Daboll is going to have his succession plans in place should he lose one or both next offseason.
