So when he's out it's.."no Sweat" or a nagging injury or a RB block.."don't Sweat the small stuff"..no?

Commanders traded Sweat and traded the 2020 #2 overall pick yet our team is still holding on to Barkley, why?

Because, apparently, our QB (the one who gets paid $40mm/yr and is out with his second neck injury) cannot operate without him.

I see this Tweet and it sounds impressive until one realizes that they will need to use at least two of them on new Edge rushers

Guess the 49ers thought they needed some more D after a 3 game skid.

But also Washington seems to understand the assignment...why don't the Giants?  Trade. Everybody.
Gm: We already played them. The Eagles have not yet done so. It's the FAIREST trade in the history of time. lol
If Jeff Hostetler could do it, Daniel Jones can do it !!!

Also, despite their press clippings, the Niners are only in the middle of the pack when it comes to sacks this season. They're all in, and are betting that the return of their All-World LT and Deebo will address their offensive woes.

To me, it's a great move for them.

I, too, have no clue what the Bears are thinking.  Even if they resign Sweat, they could have done so when he hits free agency after the season as they're swimming in cap space.  If he helps them win a game or two this season, it actually HURTS them.  Absolutely idiotic.  In the running for worst move of the year.

Washington has a new owner. There will be a new GM and coach next year. Smart to let a new regime assemble a team top to bottom. Something the Giants don't do to their detriment.

Because they don't pay anything to their QB

Bad for the Giants. Now they will probably beat Washington again moving Washington ahead in draft position. Jones will have a banner day against a scrub defense.

Last time a game like this affected the draft, the Giants won the game, lost the draft spot and ended up with one of the best LTs in the game and Washington traded the guy they drafted before his 2nd contract.
