I'm all for people finding employment. However. Why would Wash. hire him? Surely not on his recent past performance.

I looked BJ has no prior connections to the HC or OC.  Apparently leading the league in sacks surrendered is now a good reason to hire an O-line coach.

There must be a shortage of qualified coaches
